I am making Lavender oil and I need an oil that will not interfere with the scent of Lavender but will have the most moisturizing qualities and as good a shelf life as possible.

I like jojoba oil personally. It has a VERY long shelf life, no scent and a great glide. It is also very similar in composition to the oils that our skin produce.
