This is very useful for relaxation. It is also great for touching others. Some of the concepts are hard to wrap your head around, except a “handy” (pun intended) map in the back pages is very helpful to you get unstuck. The product does come with some warnings such as not to practice reflexology on pregnant women. I use the techniques on myself during times of stress and injury to heal and relax.
