Is it okay to take a bath after a full body massage? Some friends advised me not to. Just curious and if not, why?

    I don’t think it’s a problem at all. In other countries (besides US), there are traditional massage treatments that involve hot water immersion before and after massages.

    i think its not a problem about it as long as you take warm water bath not the cold one… so the muscles would be more relaxed… =)

    The only problem being with me is that I would probably drowned! My body would be so relaxed I’d just slide on down into the water!!! Sounds heavenly. Have fun.
