How to massage breast implants? When will they become soft?

I got the okay from my plastic surgeon to massage. Any tips from anyone who has experience in this? Mine are saline and I want to know when they will start becoming softer.. (they have become a lot softer with only being a week.) I do not need to be lectured on why I got them and the whole “you should be happy with yourself” speech so save it for someone else.
