Question by jaybaba: What is better for a bad back, swedish massage or thai massage?
I have lower back pain, probably due to trying to sleep on a Detroit to San Francisco flight. I have heard that a good massage would help ease the pain. I have seen advertisements for both Swedish and Thai massage and I don’t know which one is better.

Ultimately, you might want to do some form of yoga also, to complement the work of the massage, and improve the flexibility and strength of the muscles in the area.
