Hey, men folk, let me ask you. What part of your body, when touched, gives you the tingles? Probably, you might answer your ears, nape, tummy, or your highly sensitive organ down there. You see, these are the usual answers that I got from my buds. I am wondering why nobody said prostate. Then, as I have predicted nobody from my friends have experienced prostate stimulation.

This gland is not a popular choice amongst men. It is not common, in terms of their romantic escapade in bed. For most of us, prostate is just another internal part of the body. We might not know what it does, but we know that it is important. Maybe some are familiar with it due to cancer. I myself had a late encounter with the prostate. I only learned about this gland when I got interested in protecting myself from prostate cancer.

I have had some relatives who had prostate cancer. These incidents compelled me to learn more about prostate cancer, as it can be genetically transferred. So, I began my discovery a few years ago. As I have predicted, a person susceptibility to cancer increases if a relative have had this same disease. Hence, it was just a wise move to make a research about prostate and the diseases associated with it.

One alarming study that I learned is the relation of prostate cancer to age. Once we have reached the age of 75, the chances of us developing prostate cancer increases. Actually, there is a 50% chance that you may have this disease later in life. To stop myself from being part of the statistics, I began altering my diet to a healthier one, and I applied prostate stimulation into my regimen.

This stimulation is a kind of delicate massage that stimulates the gland, and triggers it to release its juices. Inside the prostate is an alkaline substance that plays a vital role in reproduction. During orgasm, a man releases the alkaline substance along with the prized sperm cells. The component from the prostate neutralizes the acidic vaginal walls, allowing the sperm to endure the process of reproduction.

This part of your reproductive system is lodged between your rectum and bladder. Hence, it can be massaged via your anus. If you have had your anus checked through annual check-ups, the doctor is actually checking the status of your prostate. Given this, there is nothing to fret about the mechanics of prostate stimulation as it is very safe, as long as it is done properly.

The prostate is rich with nerve-endings just like the head of the penis. Therefore, a gentle massage can elicit great sensations from you. It is something that you can actually inject in your romance. If your partner is ready for this kind of action, then go. It would be fun to have this activity with someone you trust.

The importance of this stimulation is to trigger your prostate to release all the juices inside it. What we are trying to do here is to free the gland from the residues. During a normal orgasm, your body can’t release everything inside the prostate. Hence, you need to apply some stimulation. This will then clean your prostate and provide you a protection from the painful cancer.

I think this is one of the best investments I did for the past years. It is practically free of charge. You just need a little practice to ensure the safety and effectiveness of prostate stimulation. Start by checking out your family tree and tracking your relatives that has cancer, particularly in prostate. From this, start your education about your prostate.

Since the prostate is adjacent to the rectum, to check its status, it can be accessed through your anus. From the opening, a few centimeters away is a bump that signifies the location of your prostate.

On the prostate drainage massage itself, the bump will be gently tapped, be massaged in a circular manner, and softly pressed. This kind of actions stimulates the prostate, because similar to the head of your penis, this organ is also rich with numerous nerve endings. So, yes, this gland is very much sensitive.

Similar to the orgasm you get during an intercourse, you’ll feel an explosion which is much intense. Some would even claim that this is the men version of multiple orgasm.

To make this procedure easier, find a quality lubricant. You may also opt to use anal massagers to help you reach your prostate. The prostate is a walnut-size gland of the male mammalian reproductive system. Its main function is to secrete and store the seminal fluid (one of the constituents of sperm). In women, Skene’s glands are sometimes referred to as a female prostate. The most common problems of the prostate are benign prostatic hypertrophy, Prostatitis and prostate cancer.

Benign prostatic hypertrophy (BPH) - is characterized by the fact that the volume of the prostate increases. In this case, the passage of urine is made difficult. BPH thus increases the risk of urinary retention (lack of ability to urinate) and infection of the prostate. It is often linked to the diminution of the male hormone production that occurs in older people. Age increases the risk of BPH; that’s why prostate issues occur more in older males. There is a certain increase in prostate volume at 75% in men over 50 years. Clinical signs may be present in almost 100% of men over 90 years.

Conventionally, several drugs are available: doxazosin , Flomax, Proscar and Avodart. They act on the muscles that control the emptying of the bladder. More recently, drugs that reduce the level of the hormone that causes the increase in prostate volume were allowed on the market. Those available drugs have greatly helped improve the quality of life of those suffer from BPH. However, none of existing drugs so far can not cure BPH. The surgery may be necessary.

Prostatitis – is the inflammation of the prostate, a common condition in middle-age men. If the prostate grows too large it may constrict the urethra and impede the flow of urine, making urination difficult and painful, or completely impossible. Prostatitis can be acute or chronic. Acute prostatitis may be accompanied by fever, chills and urinary retention. Most of the times, the infection is caused by Escherichia coli. The chronic prostatitis is often due to the proliferation of Escherichia coli, more rarely of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in case of urogenital tuberculosis. Symptoms are chills, fever, lower back pain, body aches and frequent and painful urination.
Prostatitis is treated in several ways depending on its severity and the therapists, but most methods used are antibiotics, surgery, massage, and herbal medicine.

Prostate cancer – is the worst prostate problem men over 50 can have. Not only because the disease is painful, but also, it could cause death to the victim. The prostate cancer share similar symptoms with other prostate-related problems. Although pain in the lower back and difficulty of ejaculation are rarely present in other prostate issues.

This type of cancer develops from the tissues of the prostate when cells of those tissues mutate to multiply uncontrollably. The disease can spread (metastasize) from the prostate to other parts of the body (especially in the lymph nodes). The treatment is done by surgery, radiotherapy, hormone therapy and sometimes chemotherapy, or a combination of these methods.

Eat a healthy diet by eating fresh fruits and vegetable abundantly. Eating fruit not only give you antioxidants, but also fructose. Fructose can stimulate the production of vitamin D that will stop the subsequent growth of malignant tumors. The absence or lack of vitamin D can increase the risk of developing cancer cells particularly on the prostate. Eat more fish and reduce fat in your diet. Increase your sex life. Many researches show that men who live a healthy lifestyle and have regular sexual intercourse are less apt to develop prostate cancer. Consuming lots of omega 3, drink plenty of fluid, most importantly fresh carrot, radish and watercress juice.

The Role of Sex in Prostate Health

Many men believe that the prostate gland has little or nothing to with sexual performance or they are not sure what the role of this very important gland is. Its main role is to produce enough liquid to carry the sperm to its correct destination. A reporter recently asked men about their prostates in the street and the answers were somewhat vague if not downright inaccurate ! Many of the men questioned had a rather vague idea of where the gland actually was.

Once the gland is affected by enlargement (BPH) or infections (prostatitis) then its function will be compromised and can lead to loss of libido and/or impotence. In the case of an enlarged prostate, the increased size can interfere with erection and can lead to erectile dysfunction if not treated or looked after. Up to now, not much attention was given to masturbation and sex activity and the actual effects these can have on the overall health of the prostate. Most researchers have now found that any activity which helps to flush out the gland- that can be masturbation, sex or even massage of the gland itself- can be very healthy as it will flush out the ducts where toxins (and even carcinogens ) tend to lurk.

Research has been done by the Cancer Council of Victoria in Australia and also studies have been published by the British Journal of Urology International. Both found that frequent ejaculation by whatever means will keep the gland healthy. The more the ducts from the gland are cleared of debris and toxins, the better it is.

Another very interesting study in the US which followed almost 30,000 men for eight years, found that frequent masturbation and sex played a protective role in avoiding cancer of the prostate. They actually did a careful study of the number of times men ejaculated a month and found that those who had the highest rate (21 times a month) had a 30% less chance of developing cancer than those who had a much lower frequency (from 4 to 7 times a month). Another study actually set out to show that frequent ejaculation in men increased their risk of prostate cancer and the results proved the opposite ! There were less clear cut results however in the case of prostate cancer patients but that is another story.

Other research on animals showed that the carcinogens produced by cigarette smoke had a tendency to gather in the prostatic fluid. This would suggest (although no similar tests have been done on humans) that any process whereby carcinogens can be flushed out of the gland can only be a good thing.

Any massage of the gland itself (either internally or even through the abdomen) is undoubtedly useful as it provides the prostate with fresh blood and oxygen. Which is another reason why exercise in general can help to keep the prostate healthy. A sedentary existence can only lead to blood stagnating in that area and will in the long term be harmful for this delicate gland.

As we mentioned in the previous articles, we know that starting at age 40, the levels of the by-product prolactin of testosterone of men increases, stimulating the production of the enzyme 5-alpha reductase that causes the conversion of testosterone to gihydro-testosterones DHT triggering prostate enlargement and other problems. In this article, we will discuss activities promoting a healthy prostate.

1. Moderate exercise (like walking)
We know that one half to three-quarters of men older than 75 will have some cancerous changes in their prostate glands. People doing moderate exercise like walking for 2 to 3 hours per week had a 25 percent less risk of developing prostate problems than those who did not. Just 20-30 minutes walking a day would help to increase circulation of blood to the body as a side benefit for better sexual function and prostate health.

2. Sitz baths
It is one of the earliest prostate treatments and the most effective remedies for prostate pain. This special bath brings a great flow of blood to a specific area of the body while the regular hot bath is pleasant and generally increases circulation throughout your body.

3. Yoga
Yoga is really helpful to the prostate. It also helps tone the deep pelvic muscles there by promoting circulation. Yoga promotes flexibility, circulation, and stimulates the liver meridian. In general yoga helps a person to be more aware of his pelvic area in terms of his muscular control.

4. Kegal exercise
Kegal exercise when performed while in virasana, bhekasana or frog pose also promotes good prostate health and overall benefit to the urogenital tract.

5. Spinal and pelvic massage
Spinal and pelvis massage helps to
a) Increase blood supply to the prostate and the pelvic area.
b) Increase lymphatic flow to the prostate and the pelvic area.
c) Reduces inflammatory conditions.

6. Joyful sex life
Sex helps increase movement of the pelvic muscles and the blood circulation to all organs of your body. As fresh blood supply arrives your cells, organs and muscles are saturated with fresh oxygen and hormones, and as the used blood is removed, you also remove waste products and toxins from your body, thus reducing the risk of inflammation of the prostate.
