Has anyone used prostate massage to treat prostatitis and premature ejaculation?

Has anyone out there ever tried prostate massage as a treatment option for prostatitis and premature ejaculation? How well does it work? I have both and my uriologist feels my premature ejaculation stems from the prostatitis as He says quite often Men with prostatitis will have this and other sexual problems due to and connected with prostatitis. I have read articles on this and they all say prostate massage is quite affective for people with prostatitis and other prostate disorders. Anybody out there who has experienced prostate massage and has information on how well it treats these problems this advice will be quite useful.
