Question by JB: massage questions need help?
Hi, I am wanting to get a massage for my manly man husband. He has never had one before from a professional. I have the place but they have 2 diff types.
A hot rock massage and a table massage
which one would you get?
Also, what does he wear during the massage(underwear, boxers? ect)
He falls asleep during his chiropractor visits when he used to go so I know he will love this.

Answer by gregyamkingbrown He should get the normal table massage first before he checks out the hot rocks.
He can wear underwear or be naked, whichever is more comfortable for him.

I had a swedish massage once and the girl put this heavy and hot pack on my back, she would then work by parts giving me the massage, it was great, but what was it? a gel pack? it was quite large, it covered my back and bottom almost,

Answer by TOSOTS It was probably a heat pack from a hydrocollator which is a specialized unit for heating packs that physical therapists, doctors, massage therapists and chiropractors use.

if i get a swedish massage every week, will my body alignment be better? are there any proven known benefits, particularly for newly aging individuals? im 30. thanks.

Answer by familyguy LoL…there’s no long term studies existing in that kind of nature..
however, naturally, decreased stress and increased circulation would slow down the aging process.
