I am a licensed massage therapist in washington and am considering a move to Austin Texas. I do a lot of insurance benefit massage and am wondering if any major medical benefit plans cover it there.

Nope only WA and FL. Some individual companies may cover it and MVA’s should be covered, but not personal health ins.
You’ll get to have a totally cash practice!! which is much better than dealing with the low paying insurance companies here in WA.
