Question by Jacob T: massage-Ive thought about being a massage specialist or a sports massage person?
Ive thought about being a massage specialist or a sports massage person. but i don’t know if one is tougher than the other or requires a different technique.
Does anyone have any information or personal experience?

I’m a hyro-practitioner i don’t need much strength because my patients are mostly elderly people
