I own Inkeles’ previous book and dvd set, “The Art of Sensual Massage” and have enjoyed learning those techniques. That’s an older “nuts and bolts” program covering basics. This new book and DVD set is a quantum leap past the older program. It’s an entirely modern presentation photographed in very high quality color, with Inkeles’ atmospheric and sensual stills providing contrast at the beginning of each section. Every scene casts an almost hypnotic spell, and you almost feel like you are getting a massage. The instructions cover the body from head to toe, and move at a pace that makes learning very easy. The editing in both the book and DVD is first rate: you get what you need to do sensual massage with no useless “filler.” The DVD anticipates areas where you might have difficulty and includes video inserts showing some strokes in close up, a very helpful touch. I’m just starting with this wonderful set and should have more to add to this review as I learn the techniques. But I can tell you it’s simply breathtaking to watch. The music is lovely too. Just watching the DVD and browsing through the book you feel like you are getting massaged.
I’ve seen nothing close to this package for people who are interested in learning or just enjoying massage.
