I tried but wasnt able to locate a good website for hot rock massage directions.

I have given many and here is what i do. lay the person face up ,with a bolster under the knees, and place the rocks slowly between each toe (putting a slightly larger one under there calf muscles will help to relax and releive tension in legs and feet. slowly knead,and just massage the foot everywhere without letting the rocks fall out of the toes. take all the rocks out,have the person turn overand put the bolster under the ankles/tip of foot. put a hot rock on the sole of the foot. massage the heel and calf muscle while the heat soaks in the sole. then take it off the foot,and massage the foot all over using various tecniques. finish with some tapping on the bottom of the foot.
