I am a nurse, and there is no side that pregnant women MUST lay on. Left side is preferred, but it is actually more important to switch between both sides. The left side relieves the vena cava the most, but you need to keep in mind skin integrity, and the musculoskeletal system as well.
@chieftain49 – My doctor said it doesn’t matter what side you lay on as long as you even it out. It feels better for me to lay on my right side and I’m 7 months pregnant. It depends on what makes the pregnant lady feel comfortable really
yeah i notice she was wearing her ring.. I woudn’t get a massage from her. She not massage it looks more like she apply lotion to the body and rubbing it..

the side the pregnant women must be lying is on the left not on the right…
she shouldn’t be wearing a ring..and she is going to mess her thumb joints up because she moves her thums. And she is angleing her wrists in mays she shouoldn’t. This is not a good video to follow for strokes but the side lying is good…
