I am a massage therapist and believe it or not this happens alot with my male clients. Its a nornal thing, your blood is flowing and your relaxed. She will not say anything because it is unprofessinal to say anything to your client. As long as you do not act on it she will not mind it. Its a normal thing, dont worry about shes seen it before.

this is a serious question. What do you do when a male gets an erection.I am not a therepist.Every time i get a massage once she starts to do my stomach i cant help it.
