For therapists, this skill is called draping. Several techniques can be used to ensure your client is draped properly while still allowing you free access to all the body parts to be massaged. This is not realistic for most all massage therapists and massage settings outside of posh or exotic massage or spa settings. The majority of massage therapists use a set of twin sheets, one fitted and one flat, to cover the table and the client.
