    Lita, I have d/loaded both of your deep sleep tracks, but wish you would make an mp3, 1/2hr long, “describing” a massage. Part of your success w/ your voice is the content and I would like to hear your voice describe the massaging of the feet, back, neck, tension points,etc. I believe it would be even more successful than those meditative-type “picture yourself beside a stream” talks.
