Investing In Our Profession

For years now I have been a “major donor” to the Massage Therapy Foundation. I didn’t do anything out of the ordinary to attain this status, and I’m certainly not wealthy or overly generous with my cash. I think I am a rather prudent spender and always look for value when I make decisions on how to spend my money. I’m a massage therapist – I work hard for the money I make and because of massage therapy’s limited income, I try to choose my disbursement options wisely.

So how has the Massage Therapy Foundation earned my trust, and why have I chosen it as my primary philanthropic interest? How different am I from you and the rest of America in charitable habits and practices?
