    Regardless of how anyone else puts it there is always a little something more to this mysterious “prostate massage”. I would say it is how it seems but it depends what they use to massage your prostate.

    It IS a massage, but in stimulating the prostate gland you’ll probably end up having an erection and a massive ejaculation which will drain or “milk” the prostate gland.

    Here’s the problem: the prostate gland is rather delicate and has very delicate blood vessels within it which can rupture very easily. Massaging the gland with one’s finger can cause those blood vessels to rupture and then you’ll end up with a LOT of blood coming out of your penis.

    If you’re going to go that route, best to use a vibrator and NOT a finger: a vibrator will vibrate the interior rectal area, including the prostate gland, with much less risk of damaging one of those sensitive blood vessels in the prostate gland itself.
