I read all the reviews and I wondered if I did something wrong in assembling. Everything works like it should except the leg rest actually doesn’t want to stay up. That’s the only complaint I have with it so far. Everything else works great!

My sister is an invalid who sadly spends most of her day “lounging” in a chair. Comfort is critical. This chair replaced a previous cheaper “anti-gravity” chair that had worn out. (The vinyl cushioning was compressed and duct-taped after about four years usage.) I am impressed with the solid construction and overall quality. Requires building – which could be daunting for people who aren’t handy. Also, the chair is heavy so I recommend building it where it’s to be used. (I learned the hard way when I had to carry it up a long flight of stairs single-handedly!) Time will tell if it holds up but for the price, it’s a very good value.

The electronic “vibrator” stays on, even when the control is off. It is a fire hazard, I have to unplug the cable everytime. I returned the first one, and the same thing happens with the replacement.

I LOVE this chair! It’s so much better than I expected! It’s extremely comfortable, easy to put together. Also, the padding is perfect. I don’t feel any bars in my back and I don’t have any trouble adjusting the position of the chair. For me, it works kind of like an inversion table…I raise my arms above my head and the chair tilts backward. If I want it to tilt even further back, I simply raise my knees a little and then lock it into place. Also, the heat and vibration are incredible! I usually don’t like vibration health-devices…but this one is GREAT! This chair offers a choice of different patterns and speeds for the vibration and it goes all the way up the back and down each leg. This is now my favorite piece of furniture in my house. I Highly recommend it. If you order one, I hope you’re as happy with it as I am with mine. :)

I am very disappointed with this chair. The leg rest is very hard to manipulate. After reclining you have to have someone lift it for you and to put it down. Very difficult to manage. A person living along could not use this chair to lift your legs. The vibrator is not very strong and cuts off too quickly.

If it was not so much trouble to return, I would send it back. They should be arrested for false advertizement.
