The Het Heru Healing Dance is a healing, strengthening, stimulating and invigorating full body massage, orchestrated to soothing music.     My beloved mother sent me a copy of this dance after I gave birth to my first baby. It is life changing……truly. Moving our divine physical body as African women to a harmonious song has an amazing affect on us. I wish someone would post more excerpts from the dance. Thank you for the honorable mention on Youtube anyhow. Hotep!
