   it all depends on your comfort level. stripping down to your underwear is a must but after that its all at your discretion.

   You do do not have to be fully nude if you are not comfortable w/it.. if the massage therapist is any good he/she will ask you to only take off as much as your are comfortable taking off.. I get one about once every three months and I am a female.. I usually will wear “boy” shorts only and take off everything else

   I would take all my clothes off… Therapists totally professional and will not expose any area that is not being worked on. Just relax and enjoy. Massage is one of my favorite things in life. I was a bit shy the first massage I had, but if you really feel uncomfortable you can always just strip to your boxers.

   Congratuations! It will be a wonderful experience for you!
   You will probably be asked to undress, but you will be covered by towels, and the only areas that will be uncovered
   at each time will be the one that is massaged. Then you will be recovered, and another area will be worked on. Since
   you are male, you might just have your bottom covered, and
   your abdomen and legs will be uncovered-but a true technician will take care to make sure you do not get chilled as your muscles will be very sensitive due to the massage. Enjoy!

    Don’t worry, relax and enjoy the experience, they don’t expect you to be nude, it’s your choice. Take off everything but your boxers and if you feel more comfortable then take it all off. : )

    It depends on where you get the massage. Don’t worry, the massage therapist will probably tell you to undress as much as is comfortable. I would take it all off, he or she will keep you covered up with a towel at all times anyway and move it just beyond where he/she is working. After a few minutes you won’t care anyway. Some places have “spa underwear” that is mesh- just enough to cover you up.

    Just tell them you have never had a massage before and you’ll be walked through it.

    What to expect- you may be asked to pick a scented oil, some massage therapists just use a mixing oil that isn’t scented. You’ll be asked to lay down on the table in a certain way and the sheet/towel will be arranged so you’re comfortable. Then you just relax, and move how they put you. Try not to drool on their feet through the hole in the table! Be sure to TELL THEM if you are uncomfortable for any reason.
