YES! Actually the Swedish Massage is what they do to you when you have a prenatal massage!

You absolutely can! I highly recommend it too! I was 5 months when I got one and it was fabulous.
When you go in for the massage make sure you tell them that you are pregnant and ask what massage things can’t be done. I wouldn’t let them rub the bottoms of your feet, there are pressure points that can trigger contractions.
Yes, you certainly can. Just make sure to let the massage therapist know that you are 14 weeks pregnant and they will be able to cater the massage specifically to your and your baby’s needs. This can be an incredibly beneficial service during your pregnancy to keep both you and the baby healthy and happy!
Some other things you should know about – there is such a thing as Pregnancy or Prenatal, Newborn and Infant massage you might consider throughout your pregnancy and even after the baby is born. It can be incredibly valuable to baby’s body and mind and demeanor. I linked you to more information about each below. You typically go to a class to learn newborn and infant massage therapy and then the parents get to do it themselves – great way for both mom and dad to bond with the baby!
I hope this helps. Good luck, and enjoy your resort vacation!
