    It won’t help your breasts grow bigger, but it may help to move lymphatic fluid through all the lymph nodes in that area. There are some who attribute breast cancer to stagnant lymph nodes, and it would help wth that, assuming it’s even a real isse.

    In any event, it won’t hurt anything, and you need to be familiar with how your breasts feel in order to do self exams anyway.
